1. What Seyrio provides

Seyrio provides travel information and flight-price monitoring tools. Seyrio is not an airline, travel agency, ticket seller or final booking provider.

A Watch is a request for Seyrio to consider monitoring a specific route and exact travel dates. It is not a reservation, ticket purchase, booking or promise that a flight will be available.

2. Watch requests and activation

Submitting a Watch request and verifying the email address confirm the request and its contact owner. They do not activate automatic monitoring.

A request may remain pending and operator-controlled. Seyrio decides whether a route and market are supported and whether or when a Watch may be activated. Verification does not guarantee support, activation, monitoring or any particular result.

3. Flight information, prices and availability

Flight information comes from third-party providers and can change quickly. Prices and availability may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable.

Seyrio does not guarantee that a quoted price is still available, that a fare will be bookable, that a Watch will find the lowest price, or that using the service will produce savings or another specific outcome.

4. Check before you book

Before making a purchase, you are responsible for checking with the relevant airline, seller or booking provider:

• the final price and live availability;
• fare, baggage, change and cancellation rules;
• traveller details and eligibility requirements; and
• the booking provider’s own terms and conditions.

5. Service availability and changes

Seyrio may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider failures or unsupported conditions. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features or the service where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• misuse, disrupt or attempt to bypass the service’s security or operational limits;
• submit another person’s email address or request without authority;
• use automated means to overload or scrape the Watch intake; or
• use Seyrio for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual property

Seyrio’s original site design, software, written material and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party flight information and names remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Responsibility and liability

You should not rely on Seyrio as the sole source for a booking decision. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seyrio is not responsible for losses caused solely by changing or unavailable third-party flight information, a missed alert, or temporary inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or its legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
