1. What Seyrio provides

Seyrio provides travel information and flight-price monitoring tools. Seyrio is not an airline, travel agency, ticket seller or final booking provider.

A Watch monitors a specific route and exact travel dates for a defined period after successful activation. It is not a reservation, ticket purchase, booking or promise that a flight will be available. New qualifying Mobile Watches are currently free and monitor for 24 hours after activation.

Paid monitoring, when offered

Paid Web monitoring is limited to UK consumers: £1.99 for 72 total hours or £3.99 for 168 total hours. These are one-off customer totals, not subscriptions or renewals, and no extra free day is added.

Monitoring starts only after verification, qualification, successful payment and UK eligibility confirmation. Stripe Checkout collects your billing address; we compare the declared billing country with payment-provider country evidence. This consistency check does not establish residence by itself. Missing or conflicting evidence means paid monitoring will not start and the payment requires review.

You are buying monitoring, not a guaranteed price drop, savings, flight availability or a booking. Contact communication@seyrio.com about a payment, cancellation or refund request, including a payment that did not start monitoring. Your applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

2. Watch requests and activation

Submitting a Watch request creates a pending request. A qualifying new Mobile Watch can activate after successful email verification and route qualification, then monitors for 24 hours at no charge.

Confirmation may first start a route check. A request may finish without monitoring if it is unsupported or ineligible, or remain temporarily unavailable. Verification does not guarantee flight availability, a price opportunity, savings or any particular result.

3. Flight information, prices and availability

Flight information comes from third-party providers and can change quickly. Prices and availability may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable.

Airline names and codes identify observed itineraries only. Their use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with Seyrio.

Price changes compare observations for the same exact trip and search parameters. Observed median and range describe only the Seyrio observation series shown, not all fares in the market.

Seyrio does not guarantee that a quoted price is still available, that a fare will be bookable, that a Watch will find the lowest price, or that using the service will produce savings or another specific outcome.

4. Check before you book

Before making a purchase, you are responsible for checking with the relevant airline, seller or booking provider:

• the final price and current availability;
• fare, baggage, change and cancellation rules;
• traveller details and eligibility requirements; and
• the booking provider’s own terms and conditions.

5. Service availability and changes

Seyrio may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider failures or unsupported conditions. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features or the service where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• misuse, disrupt or attempt to bypass the service’s security or operational limits;
• submit another person’s email address or request without authority;
• use automated means to overload or scrape the Watch intake; or
• use Seyrio for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual property

Seyrio’s original site design, software, written material and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party flight information and names remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Responsibility and liability

You should not rely on Seyrio as the sole source for a booking decision. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seyrio is not responsible for losses caused solely by changing or unavailable third-party flight information, a missed alert, or temporary inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or its legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
